Help make OneMusic sing! We’re all ears

OneMusic Australia is starting a Customer Advisory Panel in 2021.

While many of our licensing team have talents (or past lives) as musicians very few of us have ever been a licensee – a music customer – and we want to get to know you.

Joining the new Customer Advisory Panel is your chance to have your say on new idea or changes at OneMusic:

  • New resources (letters, brochures and videos)
  • New licence schemes
  • Changes to existing schemes
  • Our brand

By joining the Customer Advisory Panel you:

  • Will receive a $50 Visa pre-paid gift card.
  • Will only be asked for feedback on email, an online form, Zoom or a closed Facebook site. We won’t expect you to come into our offices. You just need an email address and access to the internet.
  • Won't have to reply to all our requests for feedback, just the ones you care about.
  • Won't ever be bombarded with requests for feedback. We will keep the requests short. You only need commit to about an hours' time a year.
  • Will have option to take part in our public relations – we will give you a tagged ‘thanks' on Facebook and Instagram when you join.

You need to be a current OneMusic licensee (customer) for the period you are on the Panel.

We ask that you remain respectful in your feedback.

The Panel is limited to 20 people per year. Each year a new Panel is inducted. You can apply again.

OneMusic has a solid relationship with Associations such as the Australian Hotels Association and Fitness Australia but we know not everyone is a member of these organisations and we want everyone’s voice to be heard!

So sing out! Join up!
