Victorian childcare centre wins concert with award-winning music group

Congratulations to Rose Garden Kids in Tooradin, Victoria who have won an intimate concert with award-winning children's music group Teeny Tiny Stevies.

OneMusic Australia have awarded Tooradin, Victoria child care service Rose Garden Kids a private concert with award-winning children’s music group Teeny Tiny Stevies, following a nationwide competition.

The competition ran from March until May this year, and saw a huge number of childcare services enter by describing what music, arts and culture mean to their service.

Judges were impressed with the depth of feeling for creators and for the impact art and culture has on young minds in Rose Garden Kids' entry with phrases ‘music touches the soul and soothes’ ’art ignites the creativity within us’ and ’we are united and celebrating our individuality’.

Catherine Giuliano, OneMusic Director said, “We are thrilled to announce Rose Garden Kids as the winner for this competition. We wanted to give back to small Aussie businesses who celebrate music and the value that music brings to their business.”

Three albums in, and with over ten million views on ABC iView, Teeny Tiny Stevies have a multitude of songs that have become part of the fabric of childhood for millions of Aussie kids. The prolific duo will perform their hit songs during the concert, followed by money-can’t-buy meet-and-greet.
