Pre-Event (1-3 months prior)
- Advise of any upcoming Events using music in our repertoire. For one-off Events you can complete the Online Application or, for multiple Events please ask your Rep (or email [email protected]) for the OneMusic Multi Performance Reporting Spreadsheet (also found Excel).
- Confirm dates, venues and any other Event details requested by your Rep.
- Due to the number of Events we license, we may require a few weeks to confirm which licences and permissions are required for your specific event / tour.
- Ensure the relevant licence(s) are signed and returned prior to the Event’s commencement. This ensures your Event is licensed for the use of music in our repertoire.
- Provide a full list of performers. For Events with multiple performers, please ask your Rep about creating a unique QR code to assist with collecting set lists online.
During your Event
- Collect set lists from all performers. This is essential for the distribution of royalties.
- If you are having trouble, provided we have a full list of performers, we may be able to assist with following up those who have not submitted a set list.
Post Event (within 30 days of the last Event date)
- Provide official Ticketing Reports for the Event, showing the total Gross Box Office and any eligible Booking Fees, Credit Card Fees or other deductions.
- Provide set lists for all performers and a complete list of musical performers.
- Confirm who the Headliner(s) are for each stage
- Confirm the capacities and total attendance for each Event/Stage/Area.
- Once the above is received, you will be issued an invoice with payment details.
