Helen Shanahan to perform at ECLD Conference in Perth

Friend of OneMusic, Helen Shanahan will put on a special performance at the Sundowner event of the Child Australia Early Childhood Learning & Development Conference.

The 2023 Early Learning & Childhood Development Conference, organised by Child Australia, will be held on Saturday 18 March at Optus Stadium in Perth. The one-day event is action-packed from early morning to evening, featuring presentations, keynote addresses Q&A workshops and social occasions.

This Conference is for teachers, educators, parents, policy makers, sector leaders and anyone involved in children’s learning & development from birth to 8 years. The aim of the day is take inspiration from speakers passionate about their research, their profession and the ways it can be used to improve learning and development outcomes for children.This year's theme, 'Grow, Change, Thrive', encourages participants to grow your skillset and change your mindset to support the next generation to thrive!

We are delighted to be providing a special treat for delegates with a live performance by the ever-talented folk singer/songwriter Helen Shanahan. A WA local, Helen has  supported the likes of Tim Minchin and Missy Higgins, and is a long time and much-awarded songwriter and recording artist in her own right. She will share her heartfelt world of story, melody and guitar.
